1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies to orders placed on Creemart.com for customers located in the United States. Jazzy Ship and Shop LLC handles all shipping, returns, and refunds under this policy.

2. Return Window & Conditions

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (unless otherwise specified).
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in the same condition as when delivered.
- Be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, manuals, and other items.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be rejected or subject to partial refund.
Exceptions may apply for certain categories (see Section 6).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
After we approve the return, we will send you instructions including the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back following the instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval status.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Standard returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item, unless we determine the return is due to a defect or our error.
Defective/Incorrect items: If the return is due to a product defect or we shipped the wrong item, Creemart (Jazzy Ship and Shop LLC) will cover the return shipping cost.
No restocking fees will be charged.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

6. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (for a different size, color, or style), please request the exchange within the 30-day return window.
We will guide you through returning the original item and sending the replacement.
Shipping costs follow the same rules as Section 4.

7. Non-Returnable Items & Special Conditions

Some items cannot be returned or are subject to a shorter return timeframe, including:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
Custom-made, personalized or made-to-order items
Health / hygiene items once opened
Clearance items explicitly marked “Non-Returnable”
We may designate a specific category with a shorter return window if permitted (e.g., electronics with manufacturer constraints).

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
